Advanced Chiropractic Rehabilitation
Dr. Brock has developed a style of chiropractic that is like no other. He uses a “whole person approach.” This approach is a combination of detecting underlying interferences, which may inhibit the body’s natural ability to heal itself, along with the inspiration, knowledge and support for patients to achieve better health through better living.

Dr. Brock chose the niche of chiropractic biophysics because it is results driven and very effective. This approach allows him to find the underlying structural barriers that keep people from getting well. While pain relief is often the primary goal of most patients that come into the office, Dr. Brock goes beyond that and takes a whole health approach with his patients.

Advanced Chiropractic Rehabilitation is dedicated to helping the people of Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village, Newbury Park, Oak Park, Simi Valley, Moorpark and Camarillo lower their risk of lifestyle related chronic conditions.

Our mission is to help as many people as possible at any age, from the infant to the elderly.

We utilize “state of the art” chiropractic techniques to help locate areas of your spine that are misaligned, not moving or both, then gently and specifically move them back to proper alignment.

We teach our patients special “blueprint” exercises designed specifically for their posture to help strengthen and correct their own unique problem. These exercises can improve the effectiveness of your spinal correction by as much as 30-40 percent.

Neck Pain Q&A
Why is it easy to develop neck pain?
Your head weighs 14-16 pounds, yet all of that weight is supported by seven small vertebrae precariously stacked one on top of another in your neck. In spite of carrying so much weight, the neck is highly flexible. This makes the neck’s supporting muscles, tendons, and ligaments susceptible to injury.
