Bio
I am a long time resident of West Bloomfield, having started my life here when we moved to the area from Southfield. I attended West Bloomfield High School where I played soccer and tennis. After completing high school I went to Michigan State University (GO GREEN!) for their Lyman Briggs pre-med residential science program. During my junior year, I discovered chiropractic by accident. After getting adjusted regularly for a few months my asthma and allergies cleared up. I soon realized that my passion wasn’t with medicine, so I finished my Bachelor of Science degree and then started chiropractic school at Life Chiropractic College in Marietta, GA.

After graduating I set up practice in Keego Harbor in 1999 and have loved every moment of it since. I moved my practice to West Bloomfield in 2004. Since graduation, I have completed post graduate work and certification in a very low force technique called Network Spinal Analysis specializing in pediatrics and pregnancy through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. This postgraduate work has allowed me to further serve the health needs of pregnant mom’s, infants, children and families.

After experiencing the benefits of practicing yoga personally for 10 years, I recently completed my yoga teacher training through the Yoga Shelter. I offer classes and private yoga instruction through my office.

I am married to Michelle (a CranioSacral therapist), and we live in West Bloomfield. We are blessed to have two beautiful children. Our son, Isaac, plays hockey and our daughter Eden loves dance. Both our children were born at home, naturally, and have received chiropractic care since they were infants. We also

What is Network Spinal Analysis (NSA)?

Network Spinal Analysis (NSA) is a wellness protocol and dynamic system that promotes emerging organizational properties in the spines and nervous system that regains health and enhances your quality of living. It is about helping people to be well and stay well.

NSA care is an evidence based approach to wellness and body awareness. Gentle precise touch to the spine cues the brain to create new wellness promoting strategies for your health and your life. Two unique healing waves develop that are associated with spontaneous release of spinal and life tensions, and the use of existing tension as fuel for spinal re-organization and enhanced health and wellbeing.

Greater self-awareness and conscious awakening of the relationships between the body, mind, emotion, and expression of the human spirit are realized through this popular healing protocol.
"Network Care has a direct effect on client self-reported wellness which is twice that expected from healthy lifestyle practices (exercise, risk avoidance, optimal food choices). Network also has a major indirect effect on wellness by promoting healthy life-style choices."
